Associate Professor at Vilnius University Eglė Daunienė has been analysing the phenomenon of adaptive leadership in the context of change implementation for more than 5 years. It is the concept of leadership focused on challenges of the 21st century that is looking for effective solutions in our world of uncertainties, fast prices, enormous technological advances, environmental and social problems. Eglė has a diverse professional experience combining 15 years of work in international management and business management organisations and 10 years of teaching and research activity. In recent years, she studied at Harvard Kennedy School and Kansas Leadership Center.
